Teams, venues announced International Champions Cup 2018

Soccer superstars including Leonel Messi, Luis Suarez, Cristiano Ronaldo, Harry Kane, Paul Pogba, Christian Pulisic and Kevin De Bruyne are all set participate in the United States leg of the International Champions Cup 2018.

In all, 18 of the top European club teams will participate in the more than 30 matches in the annual tournament that serves as part of the preseason training ahead of the 2018-19 season. Games are scheduled for the U.S., Asia and Europe.

The U.S. leg kicks off with a match on July 20 between Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund at Soldier Field in Chicago. Some players participating in the 2018 World Cup in Russia may join their club teams after the tournament starts, which is just over a week after the World Cup final

UEFA Champions League semifinalists Real Madrid, AS Roma, Liverpool and Bayern Munich will all play matches across the U.S. during the tournament.
